Active ELC members include leading European lamp manufacturers: Philips Lighting, Osram GmbH, GE, Havells Sylvania, Aura Light, BLV Licht- und Group and Narva GmbH. These companies account for 95% of total European lamp production.

The ELC Board is the executive of the Federation and consists of a Chairman and six Members. Multi disciplinary issues of importance are discussed at Working Group level and conclusions are submitted to the Board for action. The Board meets on average three times a year.
